Cadet Service Award

We are excited to introduce the Cadet Service Award, a new monthly recognition program celebrating employees who go above and beyond in serving our students, families, colleagues, and district.

Each month, we will be recognizing individuals for:

• Cadet Service – Educator Award
• Cadet Service – Staff Award

Students, parents, employees, alumni, and community members may submit nominations. We will select recipients based on the quality and impact of their service—not the number of nominations they receive.

The Cadet Service Award is more than an employee-of-the-month program. It recognizes the people who make a difference every day while strengthening a culture of service, excellence, and student success.

If you see a colleague putting students first, going above and beyond, or making Connally ISD stronger, we encourage you to share their story.
