Connally ISD employs hundreds of talented professionals who go above and beyond to serve our students and community. Their talent and dedication is what allows for the #CadetStandard to be as strong as it is!
Congratulations to the following staff members who were recognized at the end of the school year for hitting milestone years of service!

The summer months give the district opportunities to work on major construction repairs and renovations throughout our facilities.
Parents of students at the Connally Early Childhood Center and Connally Child Care program will be happy to hear that B.B. Brown Drive has been completely resurfaced from the drop off spot in front of CECC all the way to the exit by the softball field! After hearing significant concerns about the state of the road from various stakeholders throughout the community, the district opted to include the repairs as one of its most immediate summer work projects.
Connally ISD remains committed to doing all that it can to maintain our facilities for all those who use them!

Please join us in wishing a very happy retirement to some of our longtime employees!

After 36 years of service, Debbie Money is retiring from Connally ISD!
Ms. Money has done a little bit of everything over the years; she's part of the reason that the #CadetStandard is as great as it is!
We invite all of Cadet Nation to join us in the CISD Board Room on Monday, June 23 from 2:00 to 4:00 PM as we celebrate all of her fantastic accomplishments and send her off with well wishes!

We are saddened to hear news of the passing of Estelle Shelton.
A longtime friend of Connally ISD, Mrs. Shelton proudly served as an English teacher at Connally High School for over 35 years. Over those years, she touched countless lives through her knowledge, wit, and creativity. She displayed seemingly unending patience as she worked to meet her students where they were and help grow them to where they needed to be. Mrs. Shelton always went above and beyond to serve her students. It is because of her tireless work that generations of them were able to set and uphold the Cadet Standard.
Our thoughts are with her family as they navigate this difficult time.

Summer break gives Connally ISD the opportunity to review the successes of the previous year. We are excited to highlight some amazing stats about the Class of 2025's AVID students!
We are sad to see these students go, but we have no doubt that their experience in the AVID program will help set them up for future successes!

Connally ISD is THRILLED to have the opportunity to cheer on TWO TEAMS as they travel to Kansas City to compete in the National High School BBQ Championship!
The teams are currently seeking donors to help support them as they make the final preparations for the competition.
If you're interested in donating to help support the team, please contact CHS BBQ Coach Cory Sinkule via email at csinkule@connally.org. Your support is much appreciated!
