Student/Parent Grievance Forms
Parents or students that wish to file a formal complaint regarding an issue at Connally ISD may fill out the appropriate grievance form and submit it via email to info@connally.org. Print copies of the form may be submitted directly to the appropriate campus’s front office.
Grievances must start as a level one complaint. Grievances may be appealed to a level two and/or three status if the complaintant is not satisfied with an initial response.
