Welcome to Connally ISD

Connally Independent School District, home of the Cadets, is a preschool through 12th grade, 4A public school serving the cities of Lacy Lakeview and Waco, as well as the communities of Elm Mott, Chalk Bluff, and Gholson.

A family atmosphere and challenging curriculum taught by highly qualified teachers help Connally stand out. Students enjoy participating in a wide variety of clubs, teams, and organizations including athletics, visual and performing arts, and JROTC. At Connally, we work to help shape students into lifelong learners with an appetite for community service. The district works to ensure students the greatest quality of instruction in ways that help each of them leave fully equipped with the skills necessary for productive citizenship and leadership in a global society.

CISD has partnered with Texas State Technical College and McLennan Community College to offer students the opportunity to pursue in-demand associate degrees at a nominal cost.
