Erica Harter

Erica Harter is in her 9th year in the field of education. She holds certifications in Special Education (EC-12) and Family and Consumer Sciences (6-12). She has a Bachelors degree in Family Child Science and will graduate in May of 2025 with a Masters of Science in Professional School Counseling. Mrs. Harter is a member of the American School Counselor Association. In addition to her work as a school counselor, she also has experience in mental health as an Early Childhood Interventionist and work with a local hospital.

She has several pets and believes that family comes first! In her free time, she and her family enjoy spending time outdoors camping, playing sports, or visiting the beach.

Cassie Petterson

Cassie Peterson

Cassandra Peterson is beginning her eighteenth year in education. This will be her third year as a counselor at Connally ISD. Prior to switching into a counseling role, Ms. Peterson taught first, second, and third grades and was also a math interventionist.

Ms. Peterson is a graduate of The University of Texas at Arlington with a B.A. in Child Studies. She also holds a M.Ed. in Curriculum and Instruction from Grand Canyon University and is currently pursuing her M.Ed. in School Counseling at Grand Canyon University.

Ms. Peterson has one daughter, Carley, who is 16 years old and a junior in high school. In her spare time, Ms. Peterson loves to read, spend time with her family and enjoys time at the beach.
