The Zumba craze has come to Connally ISD!

Connally ISD is offering Zumba on Monday's and Wednesday's at 4:30 in the administration gym.

This is part of a fitness initiative for both faculty and community.  Come join in the fun for $2 per class

under the instruction of Jeremiah Navejas.

Participating in Engaging Classrooms

Here are some recent classroom activities in which our students are involved. CHS students go on a QR Hunt with their smart phones in search of clues for math terms. Connally Elementary students are learning while using iPads in Mr. Bullard’s and Mrs. Farris’ classes.  Connally JROTC is taking the classroom outside to apply survival skills training. Connally Junior High students are using the new TI-Nspire graphing calculators provided by the GEAR UP grant.

Learning, Exploring & Participating Beyond the School Day

On Saturday, April 14, several CHS students participated in the Good Grades Good Hoops All-Star Basketball game at MCC. On March 24th, 50 of our 6th and 7th Grade girls attended a conference to nurture girls' interest in science, technology, engineering and math (STEM).
