Please print and complete the Instruction Letter and CISD Student Transfer Application 2013-2014. The Board Policy is for your reference only.

There is no application fee. No tuition will be charged to accepted transfer students for the 2013-2014 school year.

Please return completed forms to the Administration Office at 200 Cadet Way, Waco, TX 76705. Incomplete applications will not be considered.
