* Because TAKS testing begins in the 3rd grade, the rating for CPS is based on the rating received by the 3-4 campus with which it is paired. Table 8 from the Accountability Manual - Requirements for each rating category No Child Left Behind Reports The state and the LEA report card requirements of NCLB are met by the use of the existing Student Assessment reports and the AYP and Highly Qualified Reports developed by TEA.
